Terms of Use

Version 1.0.0 · effective 15 Sep 2026

Version 1.0.0 — in force from 15 September 2026. Reviewed and approved by counsel on 9 September 2026. The Thai version is the authoritative text. This English version is a translation; if the two differ, the Thai version governs.

1. What this service is

UWU ID is the central account system of Urban Wealth Union Company Limited, at id.uwu.co.th. You register once and use that single account across all UWU services. UWU ID also holds certain personal data for UWU services to share, rather than each service storing its own copy.

By registering for or using UWU ID, you accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

These terms cover the UWU ID account only. Your use of each UWU service is governed by that service's own terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 15 years old on the date you register. Some UWU services may set a higher minimum age.
  • You must give accurate information, in particular a working email address and a correct date of birth.
  • One person should hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions is misuse.

Your date of birth cannot be changed by you once confirmed, because it is used for age checks. If it is wrong, contact us.

3. Your account and its security

  • You are responsible for protecting your password, your devices, and your other sign-in methods.
  • Actions taken through your account are treated as yours, unless you can show they resulted from a fault in our system.
  • If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password, sign out of all devices immediately, and tell us.
  • An account must always keep at least one sign-in method; the system will not let you remove the last one.
  • Signing out at UWU ID terminates your session on every device and every UWU service at once.

4. Usernames

  • Letters a–z, digits and underscores only, 3–20 characters, and not the same as a display name in another service.
  • Changeable every 14 days. A username you release is locked for 90 days and cannot be taken by anyone, including you, to prevent impersonation.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or reclaim usernames that infringe others' rights, impersonate a person or organisation, are offensive, or are unlawful. We will tell you and give you the chance to choose a new one.

5. What you must not do

  • Access another person's account, or attempt to guess, intercept or steal credentials.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts in bulk, or send requests in volumes that disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to breach, probe or circumvent security measures without written permission.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

If we find such activity, we may suspend or close the account immediately to the extent necessary, and we will explain why unless legally restricted from doing so.

6. Deleting your account

  • You can delete your account yourself in your account page, confirming with a code sent to your email.
  • On deletion, you are signed out of all services immediately.
  • Recoverable within 30 days by signing in again. After that we destroy your decryption key, making your date of birth and any data deposited by UWU services permanently unreadable. This step cannot be reversed.
  • Where a UWU service has a legal obligation to retain particular records, those records can only be deleted once that period ends; we will show you the reason and the date.

7. Relationship with UWU services

  • When you sign in to a UWU service, that service always receives a random identifier for you. Anything further — your email, or an age-check result — is released only to the extent that service is authorised.
  • UWU services may deposit your data with UWU ID for shared use; that data is encrypted with a key unique to you.
  • Each service's permissions are set in advance according to what it needs. If you no longer want a service to have access to your data, your options are to stop using it or to delete your UWU ID account.
  • Disputes about the content or operation of a destination service are between you and that service, under its own terms.

8. Availability

We aim to provide the service continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take the service down for maintenance, change it, or discontinue features, giving reasonable advance notice of significant changes.

9. Intellectual property

The software, trade marks and content of UWU ID belong to Urban Wealth Union Company Limited or its licensors. Using the service does not give you any rights in them.

10. Liability

10.1 We provide UWU ID with reasonable care, but do not warrant that it will be free from interruption or error in all circumstances.

10.2 We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and for damage arising from our failure to comply with personal data protection law, as provided by law.

10.3 We are not liable for damage arising from:

  • your disclosure of your password, or allowing others access to your device;
  • the content or operation of destination UWU services, which are governed by their own terms;
  • force majeure.

10.4 Nothing in this section affects rights you have under consumer protection law or personal data protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

When we make a material change, we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version before continuing. If you do not accept it, you will not be able to keep using the account and may delete it. Every version ever in force stays readable, with its version number and effective date.

Version 1.0.0 is the first version published as a complete document. Existing account holders will be asked to accept it at their next sign-in.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first at dpo@uwu.co.th so we can try to resolve it. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be brought before a Thai court of competent jurisdiction.
